What is the best advice you have ever received?
The best advice I've ever received is, "Legacy is not about what you accomplish, but who you are in the process." This means it can't be taught; it's caught, and essentially, every decision you make influences another decision that eventually impacts the way we see our world.
What’s the most useless talent you have?
I memorize the license plates of all my loved ones------------------------------don't judge me lol
Favorite place you have visited and why?
My favorite place that I've visited (so far) was Riviera Maya, Mexico and that's because it was an all inclusive resort and the food was WILDLY DELICIOUS (I'm talking 3 medium rare ribeye steaks and shrimp tacos at 3am just because those chefs were next level), the staff addressed us by our names and knew our room numbers and all the locals weren't afraid to dance whenever music would play.
What music/artist are you currently listening to?
A little mix between Elevation Worship and Kendrick Lamar diss tracks.
Do you have any bad habits?
I subconsciously respond to personal texts, dms, and calls in my head lolol. I tend to be 100x more likely to communicate if it's regarding work or my baby boys. I feel so bad about it too because ChurnZero tells me how many activities I've logged in a day, while my text inbox still has 224 unread messages. I think I'm just old and prefer in-person, personal discussions lolol. I will do better. I am working on it. 😚
Who is your hero, and why?
I love humans in real life and try not to idolize humans in the media since we all know the perceptions are skewed. BUT if I had to pick, I'd say Michelle Obama. Because she handled so much with such regal grace and MADE A BOOK about how much she couldn't stand her husband for almost ten years after having children!😂 I sincerely admire any woman who can balance the hurdles of marriage, family, work, and all the noise that comes with publicly voicing your opinions. However, Michelle maintains that balance at a level some black women have never seen before, all while still finding ways to offer transparent and authentic feedback to anyone who asks.👋 "When they go low, we go high."
What could you not live without?
I could not live without a plan. A goal. Something to work towards.
What is your favorite thing about working at Azuga? (SO FAR!)
I love how genuinely invested everyone is towards whatever they have been called to own. The "empower" piece of the Bridgestone blueprint is tangible every day I log in. Everyone owns their piece, and the pride that comes with it can't be bought. I've lived my whole life encouraging others to be proud of where they're from, the family they created, and the life they've built because you can build so much with gratitude. However, having PRIDE just takes things to a level where results generate exponentially. And to see my coworkers have PRIDE in what they do just makes me feel right at home. I'm so proud to be here.

We are excited to announce the launch of a new feature in Azuga’s Fleet 2.0: the Events Dashboard!!
This is the first in a series of themed analytic dashboards that will provide valuable insights into various aspects of fleet management, including events, maintenance, utilization, and more.

This enhancement aims to provide a comprehensive view of fleet activities, helping our customers to monitor and manage their fleets more efficiently.
Stay tuned as we continue to roll out additional dashboards throughout the year to meet all your fleet review needs.
At present the events dashboard is enabled for 100% of the Azuga Direct Customers and we are working on enabling it for the Indirect Customers in batches. We aim to complete the enablement for all Indirect Customers by May 30th.

The Azuga Works Team is gearing up for a big release and product relaunch. We have learned a lot since Azuga Works was introduced back in January. A primary goal of our big release is to “revamp” strategic features that were not meeting the needs of the market. We have also re-evaluated our target verticals. Our relaunch will include new-and-improved marketing and sales materials to better reach our target customers.
Finally getting back in front of prospects again! Events have proven to be a successful endeavor in building our brand and establishing rapport with current and potential customers.
Stokes Warren, James Delgado and Mario Sanchez got a big win with Safetycam and GPS for Environment Masters. 60 vehicles in their fleet will be safer now than ever before. This was another deal taken away from Verizon. Congratulations guys on a big win!Michael Romero and Stokes Warren were able to bring back GP Roadway Solutions with a one-call close for 89 SafetyCams and GPS! Our product enhancements and addition of SafetyCam made it an easy choice for the business. Way to go!
The Account Management team is on the GROW again! With 4 new team members added we are more ready than ever to provide and support our customers with the products and services they expect and deserve. Michael Johnson completed his first month at 151% to plan and is raising the bar for the entire team!
GuideOne Insurance publicly announced its alliance with Azuga on August 24th. The relationship was developed by Ryan Briggs making Azuga now part of the GuideVantage program. GuideOne policyholders will be offered discounted access to Azuga’s Safety Driven Telematics solution.

The Azuga Insight team is delighted to announce that we have been awarded another project on the East Coast. The project is Phase 4 in a series of mileage-based user fee research projects with The Eastern Transportation Coalition (a partnership of 17 states), and will study applications of mileage data received from vehicle onboard telematics systems and other purposes not yet announced.Our team is also wrapping up the groundbreaking OReGO Local RUC project in Oregon, a first-of-its-kind program testing the congestion pricing technology designed and developed by the brilliant minds of the Azuga Insight team.Earlier this month, our engineers rolled out a new platform upgrade that will allow Azuga Insight to handle additional mileage reporting options. Congratulations to the whole team for making this important upgrade possible!
