The integrations between Azuga & ServiceTrade are aimed at providing users with efficient and automated workflows as part of data exchange between Azuga & ServiceTrade. 

Map Display

Azuga published a Google Chrome extension which allows ServiceTrade users to view a combined view of ServiceTrade jobs and Azuga vehicles on the same page. Install now.

Customer visibility of real-time vehicle location and ETA

Each time a technician switches the status on the ServiceTrade app to “en-route”, Azuga will generate a TrackMe link and send the link via the ServiceTrade custom message to the appointment/job’s primary contact. Now companies can provide that Uber-like experience to customers with no extra effort required.


Check-in to Appointments using vehicle location

Azuga fetches the following objects from ServiceTrade in near real-time: 

  • Admins & Technicians
  • Jobs / Work orders
  • Appointments within jobs
  • Locations

For each appointment, Azuga creates a geofence around the appointment location. When the vehicle breaks the geofence in Azuga, the technician’s clock will be started/stopped for that appointment. This ensures accurate accounting of time spent on-site.
