I’m very pleased about our work with our partners at Allstate to launch Roadside Assistance as a new option for Azuga’s fleet tracking customers. Managing a fleet and a team of drivers is challenging enough when everything is going as planned. When breakdowns and other problems happen on the road, though, it’s critical to have the right resources right then and there to make sure drivers are safe, customer expectations are met or managed, and operations stay on track.
Azuga Partners With Signature Motor Club
Stranded drivers can use the Azuga FleetMobile app to contact Signature Motor Club, an Allstate company, for help. Allstate’s Signature Motor Club has built an extensive network of vetted service providers around the United States, and stranded drivers can summon help through the Azuga FleetMobile app or a call center staffed 24×7. Azuga customers can rest easy knowing help will arrive quickly — on overage, within 28 minutes — no matter when or where it’s needed.
For fleet-based organizations, keeping drivers safe and productive is key to performance. Our new Roadside Assistance service helps fleet managers answer essential questions, including:
- Do my drivers know what to do who to call when they need roadside help?
- If roadside help is needed at night or on weekends, how is that handled?
- Do I have trusted resources throughout the territory where my drivers might require roadside assistance?
- How do I find resources in unfamiliar areas to make sure I don’t get overcharged, get slow service, or get someone with the wrong equipment to help my trucks?
Through our Roadside Assistance service, several services are available to get vehicles back up and running:
- Jump starts
- Unlocking vehicles
- Fuel delivery
