Tommy is one of three owners of Environmental Pest Control serving the greater Northern Virginia community with recent expansion into Maryland and Eastern West Virginia. Since merging his company with his two co-owners in 2016, they have seen significant 3x growth as their business has expanded. Their biggest struggles have been finding and keeping good technicians to service their customers.
After a successful merger and business expansion into new geographies, it was imperative that Tommy knew where his team was and if they were doing what he expected them to be. Secondly, Environmental Pest Control was previously using a solution that integrated with their PestPac routing software, however the cost was high and the quality mediocre.
