We are currently hiring a Lead Generation Specialist. The position will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing Enterprise-sized businesses. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will build relationships and schedule appointments. This is an Inside Sales position. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a positive attitude we are looking for you! Essential Functions

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Abilities
  • Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads. The expected activity level for this position is 100 calls per day.
  • Uncover business pain points, needs, and propose Azuga as a solution.
  • Update and maintain activity logs and key information in the CRM program (Salesforce).
  • Contribute to best practices and key findings for the team to help refine communications and strategies.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Field Sales team
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree preferred but not required
  • 1-5 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales
  • Experience with Salesforce

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
