Azuga, Inc. is looking for an energetic and talented Junior Accountant to join an amazing and growing team in a fast-paced and growing international SaaS company. In the position, you will assist the team with the entire A/P cycle needs from reviewing to coding to weekly check runs in NetSuite and additional duties when needed. We are seeking a team member who is reliable and diligent and can think and work independently yet collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities
  • Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
  • 1 - 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hi-tech and international environment
  • BS Degree (Business highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel (V-lookup, Pivotal Tables, Sumif)
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
Qualifications
  • Review, code, obtain approval and record daily A/P invoices
  • Correspond with vendors for AP-related inquiries, provide W-9, etc.
  • Research and resolve any billing and non-billing issues
  • Ensure Fixed Assets and Prepaid schedules are up to date
  • Assist with monthly close from preparing and posting journal entries
  • Assist with weekly check run, including setting up ACH and Wire templates
  • Assist with daily cash receipts from depositing checks to researching credit card charges and chargebacks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned (cash receipts, month-end close, posting JE’s, processing daily mail, pulling credit card transactions and making weekly bank deposits, etc.) and special projects when needed

Details of Position
  • Full-time hourly position reporting to the Sr. Account Manager
  • Hourly rate is starting at $24
  • Hybrid schedule reporting to our Fremont location at least once a week
