Sales enablement can’t be reactive. It has to be a full-blown strategy that’s woven into the fabric of the company.
Roderick Jefferson, Author of Sales Enablement 3.0
Since joining the Azuga team in early July, one of the most common questions I am asked is “What is Sales Enablement and what exactly will it mean for our Sales team?” One of the best explanations comes from Roderick Jefferson’s “Innovative Approaches to Sales Success” podcast, (dated 8/26/2024). He said, “Sales Enablement is defined as integrating strategies, processes and technologies to optimize the entire customer lifecycle - from lead generation, all the way to post sales expansion and retention…It’s also about aligning all lines of businesses inside of an organization and becoming the hub that spokes out to every other part of the organization, tying it back to revenue impacting metrics and measurements.” He goes on to say that Sales Enablement’s job within an organization is to impact and influence and do so with communication, collaboration and orchestration across the entire organization.
With nearly 20 years of product, pricing, sales enablement and sales support experience, I am passionate about creating a partner experience that is best-in-class; one that allows sales to build and maintain strategic partnerships, for quicker, yet consistent growth and a better customer experience. This will be done by focusing on the following objectives:
Although it sounds like quite the journey, there’s no better team than the one we have in place! The priorities have been set and many projects are underway to make these objectives a reality. I’m excited for the future and look forward to sharing our progress along the way!

We have addressed an issue where clicking on the "Support Portal" in Fleet 2.0 sometimes redirects internal users to the Classic Fleet home page instead of the Support Portal. This issue has been resolved, and internal users are now consistently redirected to the Support Portal as expected.
We’re thrilled to introduce significant enhancements to the Quick Filter strip on the LiveMaps and Breadcrumb page to enhance fleet management by exception. The Quick Filter now expands by default for immediate visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and can be toggled with a double-click. We’ve clarified the labels and prioritized KPIs for clearer insights. Additionally, the Quick Filter interacts more seamlessly with other Live Map filters.
The Scoring widget on the Summary dashboard did not previously update when changes were made to vehicle group filters. Users observed that after modifying and applying vehicle group selections, the widget remained unchanged, which led to inaccurate information. This issue has now been resolved, and the widget correctly updates to reflect changes in the vehicle group.
The App Demo has been upgraded to the latest version 6.2, granting our sales and support teams access to the newest features and functionalities.
