One price per vehicle per month for your tire and service needs. We’ll create a custom package of tires and services for your vehicles. This gives you the power to know in advance what you’ll spend on maintaining your vehicles so you can budget appropriately.
Plus any services needed outside of subscription, you’ll pay a discounted rate.
We’ll build out your desired preventative maintenance schedule per vehicle and automate notifications to you and/or your drivers to help you avoid major costly repairs down the road that keep your vehicle down unnecessarily.
No more phone calls from the mechanic asking whether they can proceed with a service! The tires and services included in the Fleet Care Go Plan are automatically approved so no need for a phone call!
And for any services outside of the plan, Fleet Care Go will work with you on approval thresholds.
No more tracking service records or invoices in a spreadsheet or in a file folder. As part of a Fleet Care Go Plan, services performed on your vehicles will be automatically tracked in your Azuga maintenance dashboard and can be exported for expense or resale needs.

Pre-Set Service Approvals: We’ll automate any approvals for services that are covered in your plan, significantly cutting down on the number of calls you receive from the mechanic.
Automated Service Record & Invoice Tracking: We’ll automatically load the services you have performed on this plan and your invoices to your Azuga maintenance dashboard so you can keep an accurate record of both for expense and reselling needs.
One Invoice: We’ll charge you monthly for the Fleet Care Go Plan on your current Azuga monthly invoice so you no longer have to track down invoice from multiple mechanics.
Fleet Care Go Plans will be custom built to fit your vehicles and the service you’d like included and your price will be determined by those inputs.
The plan will be billed as an additional line item per vehicle on your monthly Azuga invoice. There may also be various service fees from the service provider (ex: tire and battery recycling fees) included in your monthly billing. And any services authorized outside of your plan will also be included on your monthly Azuga invoice.
Yes, for any services performed that are not covered by your plan you’ll receive the service providers national account pricing.

Fleet Care Go Plans have a term of 12 months. In that 12 month period pricing will remain at the original price agreed upon. The plans will auto-renew (you’ll be communicated to in advance with the option to not renew) at the end of the term, at which point Bridgestone may choose to adjust your price.
We’ll work with you to establish your preventative maintenance schedule, whether that’s following your manufacturer’s schedule or a schedule you prefer to follow. Then we’ll load automated notifications into your Azuga dashboard and schedule them to be sent to a contact of your desire. This could be you, a fleet manager, your drivers, or all the above.
